The CAP Editor Tool makes it easy for an official alerting authority, at any level, to create CAP alerts and publish them on its own Internet news feed.
This free tool is in use by 63 countries so far, publishing 121 CAP alert feeds. It is initialized for 380 alerting authorities in 205 countries/territories and 32 languages. More can be added easily.
As a cloud-based service, there is nothing to install. This is the easiest way for an alerting authority to implement CAP.
Anyone can try out the CAP Editor tool here as a Guest. However, to actually publish alerts, the alerting authority head must designate specific persons who then login with their passwords.
